Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced 12u-17u volleyball coaches to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching volleyball, a passion for mentoring young student-athletes, as well as a deep understanding of the college recruiting process. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive environment for growth and development in volleyball.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on teamwork, technique, and strategy
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to support their growth and development
- Organize and supervise team activities, games, and competitions
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive team environment
- Identify and contact potential athletes through various channels (high school coaches, club programs, camps, games, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience coaching volleyball, preferably at a club level for more than 2 years
- Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies
- Ability to educate players on proper form, tactics, and game awareness
- Playing experience at the collegiate level or higher, preferred
- Ability to create a supportive environment for athletes of varying skill levels.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
