The Role
The Creative Strategic Sourcing Manager will support, develop, and execute sourcing strategies and projects for Block. You will oversee the progress of the Creative category of spend. You will report to the Marketing Category Lead in the Procurement Organization and will manage the global progress of all Creative Sourcing work. This is a fully remote role within Block.
You Will
- Work with the Design, Creative and Production Teams to Develop and Manage a Pipeline and Roadmap of Creative Sourcing Projects and Negotiations.
- Actively Support Strategic Sourcing Projects and Negotiations through the Strategic Sourcing Process.
- Support Contracts and Sourcing Requests through the Source-to-Pay Process.
- Develop Relationships with Key Partners and Key Stakeholders.
- Support Team KPI’s such as Savings the primary KPI as well as Category Specific KPI’s.
- Help our Company partners Identify, Contract and Manage the Best Vendor and Agency Partners for the Business.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
