Position Overview:
As the Programmatic Sales Director for the East Coast, you will play a critical role in expanding Blockboard’s footprint by driving adoption of our self-service platform and securing new business partnerships. Your focus will be on prospecting, educating, and activating new clients, while collaborating with the Blockboard East Coast team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and most importantly client success and adoption on the Blockboard Platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in programmatic sales, with a focus on driving self-service revenue and acquiring new business.
- 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media sales, or a related field. Past CTV & OTT experience is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, programmatic ecosystems, and digital advertising strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow new business relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong, established relationships with key decision-makers in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including agencies, brands, and trading desks, are a must.
- East Coast location preferred, with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
