Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 3 years of relevant experience in Data science related technologies
- Good knowledge in statistics and deep understanding on ML algorithms and their usage
- 3 years of experience in Python application programming, Django / Flask / REST frameworks
- 2 years of experience in deployment (DevOps) - Dockers, Openshift, Kubernetes
- Python skills must include Pandas, Numpy, Sci-kit, Tensorflow, NLTK
- Experience in image processing will be an added advantage
- Must be a technically competent person to handle the project / team from requirements-design to development-deployment
- Expectation is to be a hands-on person
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in mentoring teams
- Experience working directly with customer senior executives will be essential
- Ability to understand customer roadmap and contribute towards the same
- Ability to interface with customer business teams, understand requirements and translate it to technical, resource requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders (delivery, competency, TLW, HR) in building teams proactively mapping to customer needs
