Hadoop Lead Developer

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and architect large centralized data repositories (Data Lakes / Data Warehouses / Data Marts).
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Cloud stack including metadata management, schedule management, and security management.
• Utilize Apache NiFi, Spark, HBase, Hive, and security management tools like Kerberos, Knox, and Ranger.
• Work with data ingestion tools such as Talend and Kafka.
• Extensive experience with data modeling, data ingestion, data security, and data governance.
• Provide excellent technical and team leadership.
• Mentor team members and drive innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology, project milestones, and system functionality.
• Create, maintain, and enforce standards / procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert and provide recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare development estimates and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in design and implementation of software components.
