- Document and update detailed business requirements.
- Document and co-develop functional design specs for Salesforce platform-based configurations.
- Log and manage configuration ticket requests.
- Create use cases based on detailed requirements and functional specs for QE, E2E and UAT testing cycles.
- Support, execute and conduct validations for QE and E2E testing.
- Support the planning, scheduling, execution and issue resolution for E2E and UAT.
