Distributed Systems Engineer

BlockTal is partnered with a cutting-edge AI research company pushing the boundaries of distributed systems and large-scale AI infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize scalable architectures that will power next-generation AI models.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and optimize high-performance distributed computing systems for AI workloads
• Optimize P2P connections and ensure that data flows efficiently under bandwidth constraints.
• Comfortable with the full software lifecycle including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work closely with AI/ML researchers to merge cutting-edge research with large-scale distributed systems.

Does This Sound Like You?

• 3 years of experience building distributed systems for high-performance computing
• Expertise in C , Rust, or Golang.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols.
• Experience working for innovative fintech or SaaS companies that focus on real-time processing and scalable systems.
• Bonus: Experience with smart contract integration or orchestrating on-chain/off-chain logic.
