Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a high performance, self-motivated Territory Sales Account Executive who possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit and good business sense. As a Territory Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building business relationships with new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify a customer's business needs and communicate the proper value proposition by matching the right solution to those needs. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying customer objectives, mapping Blogic Systems POS capabilities to these objectives, and promoting a valued-based relationship for a continuous partnership and positive impact on the daily lives of business owners and employees.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales growth in your local territory by acquiring new customers and expanding sales with existing accounts. Implement marketing and sales strategies as supplied by leadership to help you succeed.
- Territory Planning: Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize time use and achieve sales objectives across assigned territory. Regularly view reports to align sales opportunities with strategic objectives to drive growth in assigned accounts.
- Relationships and Follow-Up: Build and develop excellent relationships in your territory. Plan, coordinate, and execute local customer programs and events to drive sales, build brand loyalty, and optimize the use of Blogic POS products and services. Promote the Blogic POS brand via face-to-face and virtual interactions with targeted customers, engaging them in interactive, in-depth discussions about our products and service offerings.
- Resilience: Demonstrate persistence to accomplish objectives despite disappointments and/or rejection of original efforts - remember, this is sales!
- Solution Orientated: Recognize changes in the work environment to develop and implement alternate plans to achieve objectives
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: The desire to build a monthly compounding residual stream that keeps paying you as long as the merchant is active. You can determine how much you want to make.

Responsibilities
- As a Territory Sales Account Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way businesses operate
- Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new businesses in your local area
- By understanding their unique needs, you will develop a customized solution that helps their business thrive
- Generate list of prospective and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect's needs
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
- You're encouraged to leverage our CRM and marketing tools to manage and maximize sales activities
- Understand the competitive business landscape and determine how to best position Blogic in the market
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Experience in a service industry dealing with customers and POS
- Excellent Selling, Persuasive, and Presentation skills
- Strong customer focus, demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
- Must be available and willing to be on the road in your area
- Must have a car or formal transportation
- Excellent communicators with the ability to grow, build, and maintain business relationships
- Goal Oriented and organized with excellent time management
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- B2B Outside Sales: 1 years (Preferred)
- Door to door: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant or Retail POS use: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
