Job Responsibilities
Photography & Creative Direction:
- Plan, execute, and edit high-quality photo shoots for products, marketing campaigns, events, and corporate needs.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to develop visually compelling content that aligns with company objectives.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all images to reflect brand identity.
- Lead and mentor a team of photographers, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
- Schedule and assign projects to team members, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and manage team performance, conducting regular reviews and evaluations.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment and studio space to ensure functionality and availability for all projects.
- Research and recommend new equipment or software to improve efficiency and quality.
- Supervise the editing and retouching process to ensure final deliverables meet professional standards.
- Review and approve all final images before publication or distribution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

Qualifications Needed To Perform This Position
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in various photography styles (product, portrait, lifestyle, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera equipment, and post-production processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
