Pay Rate Range : $61.67 / hr to $80 / hr
Location : Phoenix, AZ (On-site preferred; open to candidates in the West Coast time zone)

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling a cutting-edge design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Act as the critical link between design and development, standardizing UI components and design guidelines.
- Build and maintain the Modular Design System (MDS) using Flutter and Dart technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the smooth handoff of specifications and the consistency of design systems.
- Critique and validate design specs, ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of design systems into the product development lifecycle.
- Manage version control and documentation for the design system repository.
- Utilize tools like Figma to collaborate on UI component creation and modifications.
- Advocate for and implement best practices for front-end development, including automated testing.
