What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist- Tullahoma Facility position at Blood Assurance?
Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Customer Care Specialists to work in our Tullahoma, TN Facility. The work schedule for this positions would be Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM and occasionally Saturdays. The duties of this job include welcoming donors, performing donor registration, calling potential donors, and prepare and maintain donor records.
Qualified applicants should possess:

- strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
