This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
$90,000 – $120,000 / year performance-based commission (Depending on Experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with agency capabilities and growth goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with strategy, media, and creative teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Lead the development of RFP responses and pitch presentations.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach and positioning strategies.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activity and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a media agency or advertising environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of media planning and buying across digital, traditional, and programmatic channels.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing abilities.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Existing network of client-side marketing decision-makers.
- Familiarity with agency operational workflows and media analytics tools.
