Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cross-channel media strategies to align with client goals.
- Oversee media planning, buying, and optimization across digital (search, social, display, programmatic), traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH), and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content/creative, analytics, accounts) and external partners (vendors, partner agencies).
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
- Manage budgets and allocate spend across various media channels.
- Collaborate on the development of POVs for new media opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Present insights and performance reports to clients or stakeholders.
- Partner with junior and senior team members to generate presentation decks, put together the final draft of the presentation, and participate in presenting to clients as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitive landscape.
- Lead and mentor a team of media planners and buyers.
- Manage day-to-day team projects, proof junior team members’ work, and manage timelines and deliverables for internal and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee junior team member’s engagement & interactions with other Bloom departments (i.e. Investment, Traffic, Operations).
- Guide Assistant(s) and/or Strategist(s) growth within Bloom agency and the industry at large, providing education on best practices and media principles.
- Contribute to performance reviews of junior team members identifying strengths and areas for growth.
- Participate in the interview process for Assistant/Strategist roles.

- Excited to mentor and teach team members
- 4 years of media planning and buying experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media landscapes.
- Proficiency in media tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, Nielsen, Comscore, and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
