Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The below outlines the general duties of the Paid Social Manager position:
- Manage the Social Media Team; leading and training new coordinators and specialists.
- Deploy media buying and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant social platforms.
- Develop estimates, budgets, and strategies for client campaigns and new business opportunities.
- Proofread all strategies and ads before sent to client and launch.
- Optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks for marketing automation and other technologies to support campaign execution.
- Set up tracking pixels, ad tags, etc. and ensure all KPI’s are being properly tracked.
- Identify optimization opportunities and make media recommendations.
- Manage all ongoing projects from Media Teams to Creative Team.
- Manage the Creative Team, creating ads that will convert inside of platforms.
- Ensure that creative brief / brand guidelines are being followed in creative execution.
- Source, QA, and manage influencer activations.
- Research, practice and stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media.
- Conduct research for new opportunities or new markets using social forecasting tools
- Research emerging social platforms to support client recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years of experience in Paid Social
- Deep knowledge of & proficiency in social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube).
- Proficiency in social ad copy creation, trends, and grammar.
- Hands-on experience working in social media, content and editorial planning with a deep understanding of the social ecosystem and how brands should participate in an authentic way.
- Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns. Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies and experience running awareness and direct response campaigns.
- High creative bar and attention to detail.
- Track record of driving adoption of ideas, concepts, and pioneering approaches.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, with a test & learn mentality.
- Experience working with content creators/influencers is a plus.
- Experience using a content management system.
- Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
