Creative Coordinator
Job Summary
Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Creative Coordinator to join our team. This role at Bloom Ads develops and executes creative social content across multiple formats for our brand partners, from concept to delivery. As an avid social consumer, this person understands how brands connect with audiences across digital platforms. They will support creative ideation, campaign execution, and pitch development while occasionally contributing to new business proposals. This role ensures high-quality creative execution and collaboration across the team.
This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce social media assets, including short/long-form videos, photography, and static content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and refine decks according to brand guidelines and internal standards
- Assist in briefing and providing feedback to creators and influencers, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with senior team members across multiple accounts, working efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Assist in the creative process from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with the campaign vision, client guidelines, and social strategy.
- Stay informed on cultural insights and social trends to develop social-first campaigns for organic and paid social, including content, influencer partnerships, and media collaborations.
- Manage corporate social channels including content, posts, blogs, emails, etc.
- Balance administrative tasks with creative work.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- 1 year minimum of creative and/or social media experience
- Knowledge of and proficiency in social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience working in social media, content, and editorial planning with a understanding of the social ecosystem.
- Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns.
- High creative standards and attention to detail.
- Strong track record of driving adoption of innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
Compensation Range
$38,000-$45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
