Position : Paid Search Specialist
As the Paid Search Specialist, you will manage the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of digital performance media, including paid search, eCommerce, and other innovative opportunities. Working closely with the media teams, you will ensure seamless integration of search with other media channels.
As the Paid Search Specialist, you will craft bespoke client strategies, POVs, and thought leadership to drive innovation. Working as a key partner to the Cross Channel Digital Manager, you will be responsible for high quality, project delivery on many of Blooms clients.

Education :
- Bachelor's Degree required
Work Experience :
Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience3 years of SEM experienceExperience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media (e.g., Paid Search) highly preferredSkills :
Strong working understanding of the digital advertising industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technologyDemonstrable experience working on enterprise level media accounts with large ($1M ) budgetsProven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy when applied via online technologiesUnderstanding of broader media planning and buying to ensure integration / coordination with wider media objectives occurProcess oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time. Time management skills are criticalAbility to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the teamTechnical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL, etc.)Excellent writing and communication skillsExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsResponsibilities :
Management & Client Engagement
Account / Campaign development and management for Paid Search initiativesCross-Brand oversight of all campaigns, including coordination of planning, activation, and reportingSupporting the Account teams with ongoing client and team collaborationProfessional communication with clients, vendors, and agency team partnersCampaign Planning
Understanding client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologiesCreation and delivery of effective media plan details for integrated paid search, and advertising campaign efforts in context to wider media effortsActivation
Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid search campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between creative agencies and client teams budget management, and the ongoing pursuit of new opportunitiesBrainstorming / researching targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with our partnersDeveloping, executing, and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testingStrong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with other platformsMaintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against predetermined benchmarks on an ongoing basisAnalyzing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad- hoc basisDevelop, document, and implement Paid Search media best practices within client accountsKeeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to clientSalary Range : $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
