At Bloom and Grow Therapy Center, we are a clinician owned, Speech Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis center, serving the Southeast Michigan area. Our main focus is to provide therapy services to children of diverse needs by using humanistic/holistic approaches where the child’s interest and family goals are the foundation of treatment. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team! This position is part-time with the option to eventually move to full-time. In this role, you will primarily work with pediatric patients, assessing and treating speech and language disorders across various age groups. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing communication skills and improving patients' overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary team members and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each individual's unique needs.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech & Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- SLP Michigan Licensure
- Pediatric experience within a graduate program or previous employment
- Ability to work during afterschool hours
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for a variety of pediatric populations.
- Plan and provide treatment sessions in a 1:1 setting.
- Utilize clinical expertise and effective decision-making skills, guided by evidence-based practices.
- Provide early intervention services for children with a variety of speech and language disorders, communication disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Work closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, individualized care tailored to the child's needs.
- Educate patients and families about speech disorders and effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices.
Skills
- Experience working with ASD and a variety of communication disorders.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques for diagnosing communication disorders.
- Passionate about providing patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for pediatric patients.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in an understandable manner.
