Bloom Behavioral Solutions Inc is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals between the ages of 19 months to 22 years old.
About Our Practice
We are a local, family-owned practice owned by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years in the field. Our specialties include Feeding Interventions, early intervention services, ABA therapy, Occupational Therapy, social skills groups, and vocational training opportunities through our community outreach program.
Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Valid Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC or CFY
- Completion of graduate degree with clinical hours completed or entering clinical fellowship year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
