Bloom Behavioral Solutions, a local, family-owned multidisciplinary practice providing rehabilitative services to individuals between the ages of 19 months to 22 years old, is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Atlantic Beach, FL, 32233.
Responsibilities:
- Complete standardized assessments and comprehensive evaluations
- Create, implement, and update plans of care
- Provide 30 to 60 minute sessions to clients with majority of sessions lasting 60 minutes
- Provide supervision to COTAs
- Supervise fieldwork students, when applicable
- Complete session notes and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with ABA therapists and Speech Therapists
Requirements:
- Current Florida OT License
- Experience working in interdisciplinary setting
- Experience working with pediatric population
Preferences:
- Over 1 year experience as an occupational therapist
- Experience working with children with low magnitude to moderate behaviors
- Experience with working with children with ASD
- Desire to grow within a small department
