Bloom Cannabis is seeking a seasoned Retail Salesperson to bring their passion, expertise, and high-energy sales drive to our dynamic team. As a leader in the cannabis space, we’re redefining excellence with high-quality, trusted products and exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
As an Experienced Retail Salesperson at Bloom Cannabis, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll use your skills to connect with customers, guide them to the perfect products, and deliver outstanding service that keeps them coming back. With at least 10-15 years of sales experience under your belt, especially in commission-driven environments, you know how to close deals, upsell, and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and expert product
knowledge
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and upselling
- Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process
- Consistently hit or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any inquiries with ease
- Stay up-to-date with retail regulations and ensure compliance

Qualifications
- 10-15 years of sales experience in retail - (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS MUCH EXPERIENCE)
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong upselling abilities and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Must be 21 years or older
