Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented President to lead our organization through its next phase of growth. The President will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve financial goals. This role requires a leader with strong experience in scaling businesses, preferably in highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Operational Oversight : Drive operational efficiency across all departments, including retail, manufacturing, cultivation, and distribution.
- Financial Management : Work with the finance team to set and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
