Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Operational Oversight: Drive operational efficiency across all departments, including retail, manufacturing, cultivation, and distribution.
- Financial Management: Work with the finance team to set and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

- 10 years of executive experience, preferably in cannabis or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record of scaling companies and achieving financial targets.
