Salary : $40,000 - $45,000, based on education and experience
Reports To : Virginia Program Coordinator
Bloom Consulting is looking for a Workforce Readiness Facilitator (Education & Job Training) to join our team in Virginia! This position is responsible for year-round facilitation of school-year and work experience services for students with disabilities, ensuring high-quality Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) in both classroom and community settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate employment transition classes during the school year for high school students with disabilities.
- Support and monitor Pre-ETS trainers and job coaches, providing feedback and ensuring service quality.
- Communicate regularly with trainers and the state coordinator regarding classroom needs, staff coverage, and updates.
- Edit and review progress reports for accuracy and compliance before submission.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Pre-ETS staff.
- Extensive travel required : Travel to schools during the academic year and significant travel to summer camps and work experience sites from June to August.
