A Day in the Life of a Marketing Representative at Bloom Dental

• Develop & Execute a 12-Month Marketing Strategy
• Present quarterly plans to Dr. Finney and the Director of Operations for approval
• Customize campaigns to align with each practice’s target market and business goals
• Track & Amp; Optimize Marketing Performance
• Monitor the ROI of all campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and performance tracking
• Analyze SEO rankings, Google Ads, and social media engagement for effectiveness.
• Adjust strategies based on patient acquisition trends and referral data.
• Existing & New Patient Marketing
• Run engaging social media campaigns to boost patient retention and education.
• Partner with marketing agencies for SEO, PPC, and website optimization.
• Track new patient numbers daily, weekly, and monthly to inform strategic decisions.

Office-to-Office & Referral Marketing

• Strengthen referral networks by tracking outgoing referrals and opportunities to keep treatments in-house.
• Candidate & Amp; Team Marketing
• Promote team engagement by showcasing staff and office culture on social media.
• Create targeted recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.

Community Engagement

• Drive engagement and brand awareness through planning and attending and creating community

events.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Marketing experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or service-based industries.

✔ Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and Google Ads.

✔ Ability to track campaign ROI, analyze trends, and optimize marketing spend.

✔ Strong communication and project management skills while working autonomously.

✔ Creative thinker who can translate data into compelling marketing strategies.
