Job Description,
- Assemble, install, test mechanical assemblies, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawing.
- Inspect systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Must be able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
- Grinding and finishing completed products
- Instrumentation
- Assist in development of manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes.
- Record quality data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirement,
- 6 – 8 years of experience in Technician Prototype build / product development
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to use small hand and power tools
- Hands on using heavy duty hand grinder, die grinder
- Excellent hand and eye coordination is needed.
- Complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Must be flexible with changing shift or work schedule and travel
- High School graduate or GED equivalent, demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Minimum eight years’ experience.
- Good Attendance, Initiative, responsible follow through and a willingness to help.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
- Computer skills, minimum Microsoft office skill preferred.
