Reporting to the Service Operations Sr. Manager, this position is based in San Jose, CA, and requires full-time, in-office work. Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of resource databases from one application to another.Gather, analyze, and present data findings.Address complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.Design and automate reports and dashboards.Collaborate cross-functionally with various business and technical teams. Skills and ExperienceMust be a junior or senior expected to graduate by Summer 2026.Proficiency in PC business software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and self-starting abilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong bias for action and implementation.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).
