Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Business Operations Intern will play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Business Operations, this position is based in San Jose, CA, and is a fully on-site role.Lead a process improvement project from initiation to completion.Work collaboratively across different departments to align teams on proposed solutions.Develop a comprehensive report and presentation to document the project’s impact and ensure long-term effectiveness. Skills and ExperienceMust be a junior or senior expected to graduate by Summer 2026.Internship program runs from June to August 2025.Experience working in team environments and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.Proficiency in data gathering and analysis.Strong skills in report writing and delivering presentations. CompensationBloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation.
