Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Intern will play a key role in supporting the Finance team and will report to the Senior Director, Manufacturing Finance. This is a fully on-site position based in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include : Financial Analysis – Assist in analyzing financial data, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and budget variance reviews.Accounts Payable / Receivable – Support the processing of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and collection efforts.Financial Reporting – Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.Data Entry and Record Keeping – Maintain accurate financial records and databases while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Audit Support – Assist in audit preparations by gathering required documentation and responding to audit inquiries.Financial Systems – Gain hands-on experience with financial software and systems, assisting with data entry and system maintenance.Ad Hoc Projects – Participate in special finance-related projects as assigned by the team. Skills and ExperienceMust be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as QuickBooks or SAPExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentA proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting This internship program runs from June to August 2025.
