We are looking for a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Quality Manager and based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Quality Manager and based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide input and support creation of 3D printed manufacturing aids to help ensure product conformity to quality standards.
- Conduct line audits using standard templates to highlight process gaps and best practices. The quality engineering intern will report findings and make recommendations towards station improvements to reduce variation within current processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to ensure overall product quality.
- Component sampling and presentation of findings to quality engineering. The quality engineering intern will be required to provide both quantitative and qualitative sampling data in a concise format.
- Support Quality Engineers in testing of in-process products according to internal standards.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Engineering bachelors’ program or advanced degree. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Experience with Solidworks preferred
- Coursework or past background in statistics preferred
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Authorized to work 40 hours or more each week
- This internship program is from June to August 2025
- Must graduate by Summer 2026.
