We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top sales talent for our commercial organization. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role .
Role and Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent with experience in the energy and technology industry.
- Hire sales leaders with experience selling into Hyperscalers, Data centers, Utilities and International markets
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for sales and marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
- Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
- Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
- Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
- Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
- Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties
- Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
- Represent the Bloom Energy recruiting team internally and externally
- Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks
