What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and coordination of our events including workshops, walk & journal events, and fundraisers.
- Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, supply management, and volunteer scheduling.
- Help maintain event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
- Support event promotion and participant communications.
- Help coordinate with speakers, facilitators, sponsors, and community partners.
- Help to manage event budgets.

- Must be based in Orange County, CA with reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to 8-10 hours per month for a 6-month period, with flexibility required around event dates. Some evening and weekend availability needed.
- Basic event planning experience is helpful but not required
