We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries, head trauma, and memory problems.

About the Role

We are expanding and seek a talented Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

As the Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be able to directly enhance patient care and access to mental health solutions. This role requires travel to private practices and clinics throughout the DC/MD/VA areas. You’ll be a vital team member in shaping and developing collateral for both B2B and B2C marketing segments. You’ll also get the chance to collaborate and provide direction to the Bloom presence, help launch the CRM database, and create email-marketing initiatives. If you have a creative mind and the desire to push yourself to help build our brand identity from the inside out, this is the job for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities, including but not limited to: doctors’ offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and individual practices within a health system.

• Collaborate with Marketing Team on designing, building, and maintaining a referral presence consistent with the brand.

• Provide input on collateral consistent with the brand including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, email newsletters, and banners to support lead generation efforts.

• Schedule appointments and develop presentations for appointments.

• Communicate the company vision and referral advantages to partners across a designated area.

• Visit potential leads on-site to distribute marketing material and discuss company services.

• Review and edit marketing copy for grammatical correctness and appropriate style.

• Support manager with other projects as needed.

• Comfortable initiating contact with healthcare providers and front desk representatives.

• Skilled in establishing rapport. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Cumulative experience in marketing/sales, outreach, and/or building client relationships

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Computer experience with Office 365/One Drive and Microsoft Office products

• Basic knowledge of outreach tactics

• Familiarity with CRM databases or willingness to learn

Other Requirements

• This is a field-based position. Reliable transportation is required. Local travel is expected on a daily basis. The employee will receive mileage reimbursement based on current IRS guidelines.
