Summary
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, focusing on patient care and senior care. Reporting to a healthcare supervisor, your role will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your core skills in caregiving and home health will be complemented by premium skills in patient observation and memory care. Qualifications
- Proven experience in home and community care, particularly with senior and disabled individuals
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate caregiving
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation, including EHR systems
- Certification in CPR and first aid preferred
- Experience in memory care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
