Fulfillment Manager

Bloom Network is one of the fastest-growing cannabis companies in California, representing Trilogy 710, Mad Labs, and several other well-respected brands. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to oversee our fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, transportation logistics, and continuous improvement practices to optimize our fulfillment processes. The average hours per week would be 40 hours, with overtime and weekends required occasionally as needed to get deliveries prepared & out on time.

Responsibilities:

• Continual updates to the Fulfillment Schedule for pick ups & deliveries.
• Packing/preparing orders for shipping and receiving incoming products.
• Loading and unloading of product, including proper handling and inspection of product for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
• Physical and digital inventory and Metrc reconciliation.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to streamline operations.
• Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure efficient distribution center operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement within the fulfillment process and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fulfillment strategies with overall business goals.
• Adherence to all laws and regulations applicable, must strictly adhere to all facility rules.
• Observing and ensuring all safety & security protocols are followed. Safety is #1 rule!
• Emergency and disaster preparations and operations.
• Lifting up to 50lbs from a height of up to 6 feet.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in transportation management and freight logistics.
• Experience with inventory management systems and techniques.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
