Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Director of Integrated Brand Marketing (Nutrition) to help bring Bloom’s brand vision and positioning to life across our product portfolio, audience segments and campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness and building brand power by developing strategic campaign platforms and ensuring a cohesive 360 execution across channels including digital ads, ecomm, events, social, influencer, retail. Responsibilities :
- Multichannel campaign development for master brand as well as individual product lines and Innovation
- Position Bloom as the leading brand in health and wellness, driving integrated marketing efforts across all touchpoints to build awareness and brand power
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, print, social media, experiential, traditional media, OTT / OLV
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, influencer marketing, events, and media partnerships, to drive awareness, trial, and repeat purchase.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and creative teams to launch new products and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop product positioning and compelling narratives that bring to life the product RTBS for new product launches
- Partner with marketing team on the development and implementation of digital / ecomm strategies, frequently testing new creative assets for digital ads and ecomm listings
- Lead monthly editorial calendar, ensuring content and creative are seasonally relevant throughout the year
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing on the development of brand / marketing presentations, including retailer pitch decks, annual brand plans, product concept decks, and more
- Support sales team by developing trade programming and retailer presentations
- Collaborate with marketing team on consumer insights (customer surveys, quant tools, focus groups, brand tracker), partnering closely with marketing team on strategy, insights, and action items
- Leverage consumers insights, research, data and campaign learnings to optimize strategies
- Manage brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of brand / creative resources across all campaigns and channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all event marketing strategies to create impactful brand moments and drive customer engagement.
