Job Overview
The Senior Landscape Architect / Design Director will lead the design of high-end residential landscape projects ranging from $300,000 to $2 million. This key role involves developing creative concepts, mentoring junior team members, managing project workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position offers the potential for equity and long-term leadership within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage high-end residential landscape projects, overseeing a portfolio of $3M–$5M annually.
- Develop innovative concepts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and quality.
- Collaborate with subcontractors for installations and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships and upsell additional services to enhance revenue.
