Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development : Lead, mentor, and support field and management teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day branch operations, maintaining efficiency in production standards, training, and safety compliance.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and swift resolution of concerns.
