About the Role

Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Landscape Account Manager to join a growing regional landscape maintenance company based in the Carolinas. This senior-level role is designed for an experienced account manager who can oversee a larger portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, drive enhancement sales, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Oversee a larger book of business, managing relationships with key commercial clients across the Greenville, SC area.
  • Develop and maintain customized landscape maintenance plans that exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring superior service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality execution of contracted services.

Enhancement Sales

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for landscape enhancements and value-added services to grow revenue within your portfolio.
  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new enhancement projects.
  • Monitor enhancement project performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Act as a resource and mentor to junior account managers and team members.
  • Share industry best practices and provide guidance to support team development.
  • Strategic Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities within your market.
  • Participate in regional strategy planning and contribute to the company's expansion goals.
  • Qualifications

    Required

  • 5 years of account management experience, preferably in commercial landscape maintenance.
  • Proven success in managing a large portfolio of commercial clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with enhancement sales and meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred

  • Familiarity with the Carolinas market and a strong professional network in the region.
  • Experience with ERP / Field Service Management software ( Aspire preferred).
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Background in landscape maintenance operations with expertise in enhancement projects.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary : $90,000–$100,000

    On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $120,000 (including commissions)
