Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Oversee a larger book of business, managing relationships with key commercial clients across the Greenville, SC area.
- Develop and maintain customized landscape maintenance plans that exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring superior service delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality execution of contracted services.
