Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Tree Care Leader on behalf of a thriving landscape maintenance company . This role will oversee all aspects of tree sales and operations, ensuring efficiency in labor, materials, and processes while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive tree care expertise, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all tree care operations with a strong emphasis on safety first .
- Oversee multiple tree care accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement tree pruning, removal, and plant health care plans .
- Supervise crews, ensuring adherence to best practices in tree care operations.
- Manage work zones, traffic control measures, and job site safety protocols.
- Conduct tree risk assessments and create comprehensive tree care plans, including GIS mapping.
- Utilize company software for scheduling, reporting, and client communications.
- Attend client board meetings, perform site walks, and deliver recommendations.
- Maintain and oversee service schedules for trucks, equipment, and tools.
- Handle proposals, estimates, and follow-ups on outstanding projects.
- Support emergency response efforts and on-call needs as required.
Qualifications
ISA Certified Arborist (within 6 months)
Work Environment
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating tools and equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Travel between job sites is required.
