Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role will consist of working closely with children of various ages who face challenges related to motor skills, sensory processing, social skills and daily living activities. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families, and contribute to a supportive, child-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each child’s developmental needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Intervention: Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve children’s motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to provide education, support, and strategies to facilitate progress at home. Empower families with tools and techniques to support their child’s development.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience and references in a clinical, private, or educational setting. Prior experience working directly with pediatric patients preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
