Founder and Managing Partner of a venture fund backed by tier 1 investors is looking for a CoS to holistically support him. Someone senior and experienced who can come in with a framework for how they operate and immediately take things off his plate. This is an incredible opportunity to truly be an exec’s right hand and have a front seat to the inner workings of a unique VC that takes an operational role in their investments. You will have full inbox access ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks and you will be relied on to track action items, meet deadlines, process and gather paperwork, and liaise with external parties. Someone who is proactive and scrappy, can make order out of chaos, and has no problem with personal requests and personal project support. This exec is looking for a long term partnership! 140-180k DOE, hybrid in-office 2 days/week in Palo Alto, benefits to come (you will sort this out), flexible PTO and opportunity for discretionary bonus.
- Monitor the Founder's inbox, flag key threads, draft emails, and ensure important communications are addressed.
- Keep financial records organized, track audits and tax deadlines, and coordinate with accountants, legal teams, and financial advisors.
- Plan and manage logistics for private dinners, networking events, and gatherings, ensuring smooth execution, guest arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Act as a client-facing presence, facilitate connections with industry leaders, schedule meetings, and assist with outreach and networking efforts.
- Conduct research, provide meeting briefings, and support proactive outreach initiatives.
- Manage orders, coordinate deliveries of supplies and artwork, and oversee office maintenance.
- Handle creative projects, sourcing designers and ensuring execution.
- Assist with personal tasks such as doctor’s appointments, health insurance, major purchases, and timely follow-ups.
- Support the Founder in optimizing daily efficiency and maintaining a high-performance lifestyle.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, balance high-level planning with detail-driven execution, and execute with precision.
