Seed-funded AI music startup backed by well-known names in the industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an early-stage, 4 person team and be exposed to innovative and creative projects! Proactively support the CEO across his startup and various endeavors through calendar management, inbox triaging, meeting support and prep, and travel planning. Someone with a 24 / 7 mentality (some night & weekend work) and superb organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and switch between them seamlessly. This role is a remote role, preference for someone based on EST timezone. 110-130K DOE equity, benefits stipend, and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities :
- Manage inbox, triage communications, and respond on behalf of the CEO.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and logistics across various endeavors.
- Prepare for meetings, draft updates, and create presentation decks.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including booking multiple flights and managing last-minute changes.
- Establish and manage processes, and delegate projects to relevant team members such as accountants and partners.
- Represent the executive when necessary.
- Schedule interviews and provide preparation support for candidate meetings.
- Assist the CEO with finding office space and fostering a positive work culture.
- Provide light personal support, including appointments, bill processing, and rent management.
