Innovative tech company building cutting-edge network infrastructure is looking for an Executive Assistant to holistically support their CEO. With their recent Series B funding, this ambitious team is revolutionizing how businesses deploy and manage their internet. Providing strategic support to their CEO through calendar management, inbox management, travel planning, meeting prep & support, relationship management with key stakeholders, and off-site planning. You will also handle personal tasks including booking appointments, liaising with home service providers, and occasional ad hoc projects. Someone who takes the initiative to anticipate needs, has strong writing skills, and is flexible with working outside hours when needed. This is an in-office role based in San Francisco in the Mission. 150-180K DOE equity, benefits, onsite chef, and unlimited PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and proactively manage scheduling conflicts.
- Plan and execute all aspects of business travel, ensuring seamless logistics and adaptability to last-minute changes.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, draft agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Manage email correspondence, draft responses, and streamline communications for clarity and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Handle expense reporting, document management, and other administrative functions with accuracy and discretion.
- Conduct research, support special initiatives, and contribute to strategic projects as needed.
- Coordinate the CEO’s personal calendar, ensuring alignment with professional commitments.
- Arrange personal travel and events with attention to detail and logistical efficiency.
- Manage daily errands and personal tasks to enhance productivity and focus.
- Oversee household services, liaise with vendors, and coordinate home maintenance needs.
- Assist with routine financial and personal administrative responsibilities to maintain organization.
- Provide comprehensive support for both personal and professional tasks as required.
- Previous 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Proven capacity to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Strong intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
