Available shifts are located in Baltimore - Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 3p - 8p
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living including personal care, cleaning/cooking, grocery shopping, money management & doctor visits
- Encourage participation in the community by planning fun activities & new experiences
- Promote independence in all daily living activities and become a trusted companion
- Establishing a secure, positive environment that nurtures consumers needs, expression, & goals
- Complete all required shift documentation in accordance with Individual Service Plans
Requirements:
- Drivers license OR State ID
- Valid car insurance (if transporting)
- Birth certificate & Social security card
- High school diploma/transcripts OR GED
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Completion of DODD provider training
- Background Check & Fingerprint
