The Content Operations team is a collection of content, production, & data specialists responsible for the acquisition, transformation, and maintenance of data, content, & related workflows. Content sets include primary source collections such as state, federal, and international forms, as well as analytical content such as portfolios, books, practical guidance, chartbuilders, and other specialty content created and maintained by subject matter experts.
The team works closely with Editorial and Product teams to stay abreast of dynamic customer needs, as well as with Engineering to ensure the integrity and enhancement of our workflow and data management processes.

What you will do:
- Provide primary support in scripting operations, and secondary support in other operations, associated with our Forms Workflow.
- Provide production and content oversight support across wide range of Bloomberg Industry Group content.
- Implement a variety of software tools and workflows to acquire, extract, transform, and load data to Bloomberg Industry Group products.
- Find opportunities for increased efficiency in our existing workflows and processes to make a business impact.
- Collaborate with fellow production specialists, data analysts, Engineering, and Bloomberg Industry Group staff to devise creative solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, scope and develop project plans.
- Minimum 4 years experience in an appropriate combination of 1) publishing content for a variety of digital platforms 2) using web-based or shared project management tools 3) related experience in the area of digital content publication and production.
- High school diploma or equivalent. College-level coursework preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability for project-based work, with the ability to work under a deadline and function across teams.
- Proven ability with mark-up languages (XML, SGML, JSON and/or HTML) and XPath
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical applications quickly and use electronic products for research.
- Applied proficiency with at least one programming/scripting language (Javascript, XSLT, Python and/or SQL)
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
