What's the role?
At Bloomberg Finance we are committed to providing world-class support to our business partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our larger finance team supporting the Sales organization. You will be responsible for using our extensive data sources to provide solutions to urgent business questions, financial / operational insight, and reporting. You will also be responsible for building tools that serve longer-term needs. Your attention to detail and strong reporting and analytical skills will help you be successful in this role!
We'll trust you to :
- Work across business, sales, finance and billing teams to analyze commercial models, billing structures and other operational tasks
- Develop financial models, perform due diligence, create business plans and provide decision support to management for strategic initiatives, business expansion and various commercial models
- Assist with the establishment of operating budgets and financial projections in-line with business objectives
- Liaise with the business on tracking performance vs. business plans
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations for management discussing year to date performance against plan and financial outlook
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc analysis and management reports
- Support management reporting packages including business performance / results and variance analysis for revenue, expense, headcount and capital in a timely and consistent manner
- Participate in monthly close activities
- Evaluate industry developments, market conditions and economic news to determine financial and business impacts
- Support annual financial audits including responding to auditor requests and questions

Salary Range = 85000 - 120000 USD Annually Benefits Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education / training and skill level.
