At Bloomberg Finance we are committed to providing world-class support to our business partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership.
The Global Compensation Team is responsible for all aspects of compensation including program design, strategy, funding, metrics, regulatory compliance, controls, analysis, reporting and tools which provides an outstanding opportunity to advise senior leaders company-wide and globally while collaborating with partners throughout the organization.
We'll trust you to :
- Design and produce enterprise-wide compensation reporting and analysis to provide business insights and support decision making
- Manage regulatory requirements globally including compiling and submitting reports, surveys, questionnaires, and filings while ensuring timely compliance in accordance with local regulations
- Develop, implement, and reinforce operational and financial controls, including documentation of critical processes to strengthen adherence and effectiveness of workflows
- Partner with other team members in a collaborative environment that requires effective communication, project planning, hitting deliverables and handling expectations
- Develop and strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leaders
- Work with Engineering, HRIS and Payroll to ensure systems meet needs of compensation
- Work with large data sets from various systems and data sources while ensuring data integrity
- Keep up to date on external market trends and practices with ability to relate them to what we do
