This includes supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery, overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, conducting regular assessments and audits, providing mentorship and support, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. Your Qualifications:
We're seeking a skilled nursing professional with a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred, compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
