Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing professional to join our team as a RN Supervisor for the 3-11 shift. Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation, to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to long-term care.

Requirements:
- Nursing Licensure: Valid state nursing license required.
- Advanced Degree or Certification: Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree or certification in a relevant field.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
