**Please note this job will be doing on-the-job training in Lewes for 30-45 days at least, with continued on-going training at the Lewes location**
We are looking for a Full-Time Boutique Sales Associate to provide excellent Boutique-level customer service and meet sales quotas for the business. Candidates must have strong communication skills with the ability to make customers feel welcome in the store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s overall profitability. Candidates will often work alone and must manage their own responsibilities in order to achieve the store objectives. Candidates must also work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)

Working Conditions
Boutique sales associates usually work normal store hours including weekends. Working nights and holidays may be necessary periodically. This job often involves lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing on your feet for up to 8 hours. You will also have to maneuver around the sales floor and stockrooms, which are often dark and dusty.
